Stitch markers

You are buying a set of 10 stitch markers in the 2 color groups you choose to help you track stitches in style. With so many stitch markers, you’re sure to have enough. Maybe.

At the foundation of each stitch marker you will find a soldered (sealed) ring. These rings slip on your needles to help you keep track of pattern changes or to keep proper stitch count. You won’t have to worry about them pulling off your needle, either. Since the ring is what’s called “closed” it won’t pull apart unless it breaks.

The stitch markers are very light, almost non-existent. This means you don’t need to worry about adding extra weight to your needles. They will function similarly to a simple stitch marker that is only a ring. So with the addition of the beads you can have a bit of bling without adding to your work.

Needle reminders

You are also buying a set of 5 needle reminders in the colors and range listed in the options. If you want different numbers on your needle reminders, mention this in the notes section of the checkout page.

These needle reminders are perfect for absent-minded knitters like myself. Simply clip a reminder to your project and you’ll be able to remember which needles to use for that project. This is especially useful for projects that have earned a place in time out. Even if you stick with one project at a time, you can still use these reminders to keep track of what needle you’re using.

Storage pin

You are also buying one, 3” safety pin.

This large, durable safety pin is a perfect way to store your stitch markers or hook and needle reminders. Just clip the pin onto your sewing bag and you can take them with you without being afraid of losing them. It can also keep them from getting lost in your project bag at home.

Your stitch markers and needle reminders have been handmade by me in our home in the rolling hills of Brown County, Indiana from purchased materials.
