Sales, Coupons, & Email

Do you have coupon codes?

I in fact do. Those are saved, however, for those on my email list. You can get in on the savings by signing up now!

I missed your last sale! Can I still get that deal?

Unfortunately, no. The only time I would bring sales back or re-do them is if there is a glitch on my end. But if you sign up for my email list you shouldn’t miss the next one.

You can also follow me on Instagram or Facebook to get notified of my sales through those platforms. If you do all three (Instagram, Facebook, and emails) then you should catch it on one of those three.

I’m on your email list yet I still missed your emails. Help!

I’m so sorry this is happening! The first thing I would try if you haven’t gotten any emails is to check your spam folder. If they’re not there either, message me and I’ll try and figure out if your email name got misspelled or some similar problem.

Depending on your email provider you can do several things to keep my emails out of your spam folder. A pretty common way is to add my email address to your address book. If you have Gmail you can set up a filter that marks the emails with a star automatically so they won’t get lost in your inbox.

Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

When will my item ship?

I will ship your item in 3 days at most. I will send you a link to the tracking information when I create the label. Note that when I create the label is NOT when I ship it.

Can I return my item?

No returns of custom items.

Returns of any other items will be accepted. However, you’ll pay the return shipping. I would recommend getting it trackable or otherwise verify the shipment. This is because I will issue a refund when I get the item back or if you can provide proof from the shipping company that it was misdelivered. If you send it back and it doesn’t get to me and you don’t have proof of shipment then I won’t issue a refund.

Can I get a refund?

I only issue refunds if you return an item. All refunds will be returned to the form of payment used to buy it originally.

Product Questions

Do you do custom items?

I will customize items, but please contact me BEFORE you order and AFTER you read my custom work policies. If you’ve ordered and want to customize it, then let me know your order number or email address as soon as possible so I don’t ship it before we get this all worked out.

How can I take care of my neato stuff I just bought?

For my stitch markers and reminders, treat them as you would jewelry. Any tools made with beads are, in essence, the same as jewelry. So try not to crush them or pull on them really hard.
