Custom Items

I’m more than happy to do custom items. The best way is to contact me before you order. Note that when you order a custom item it will take me longer to ship your item. Also note that I require a down payment of at least half the item’s price before I’ll start work on it.

I may charge you more for a custom item and later use the same design as a standard item for sale (which could happen if I really like the design). If I do this, I will refund you the difference in price, no matter how long it’s been. This refund, as an exception to the policy listed below, can be issued to a different form of payment if necessary. I will contact you before issuing a refund.

Shipping

I will ship your item in 3 days at most. I will send you a link to the tracking information when I create the label. Note that when I create the label is NOT when I ship it.

Returns & Refunds

No returns of custom items.

Returns of any other items will be accepted. However, you’ll pay the return shipping. I would recommend getting it trackable or otherwise verify the shipment. This is because I will issue a refund when I get the item back or if you can provide proof from the shipping company that it was misdelivered. If you send it back and it doesn’t get to me and you don’t have proof of shipment then I won’t issue a refund.

All refunds will be returned to the form of payment used to buy it originally.
